I had the torsion spring replaced for my garage today. Funny, I looked at that spring a hundred times and never realized the function of it until today. Precision was the second company I called after learning the first company couldnt get their service tech dispatched (on Sunday). About an hour and half later, service Technician Rick was already at my door. He took time to explain the different options of replairing the door; and he was very thorough and professional throughout the service. My rating of 5 stars to the company is based on how quickly they responded to my call and the great staff (in this case, Rick) that represent the company. Great job you guys! I will absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for all things related to garage doors.
