Extremely professional and competent. Broken spring yesterday. Called around 4:30pm -- put on open schedule for next day. Got call back at 5:45pm with a time window. Cody showed up on time at the earlier end of the window. I was told yesterday the technician would give me a 20 minute arrival heads up -- which he did. Friendly and professional upon arrival. He explained what needed to be done and the cost -- gave him the go ahead and he completed the removal of the old springs and installed the new springs without a hitch. I wish I had used Precision for the original installation of the garage door. One of the best repair companies I have ever dealt with.

CJ was the best. He had to come back twice, fixed everything and explained what and why he was doing the repair. The only complaint I have is that Brian, the manager, never called me back to rectify the complaint of rust on my door. CJ said he could touch it up with paint if he gets the go ahead from Brian.

I felt ripped off today. Tech was on time he spent a big 5 min at my home.My garage door was squeaking.He sprayed lubricant on each pulley and that was all.He did not check to see if anything needed tightening.He used my latter with my permission and he billed me 95.00.Again I felt ripped off.I called the office to speak on my complaint.The women said she would speak to the manager and someone would call me back My call was placed to the offfice approximately 10:30 this morning and it’s 4:30 pm with no call back .

A great visit from Don after our home suffered a power surge earlier in the week knocking out our entire garage door system. Don had installed our original system a few months ago and was very familiar with our setup and needs. I called Precision at 10:00 AM on Saturday. (most companies were closed) A live operator answered the phone and gave me a window of 2-6:00 PM. An email followed with a photo, Bio and ratings of my technician. Cody arrived at about 6:00 PM. He was professional and efficient. He replaced all of my springs, cables and pulley's in 40 minutes.
