I called Precision and the same afternoon a technician (Brian Ford) came to my home to resolve my need for new remote control. Brian was very courteous, and helpful and provided me with several options for remote door opening/closing. With Brian's help, I decided to obtain a remote control for my car and a keypad control outside of the garage door. Tom was on time and very courteous that demonstrated his knowledge of garage doors and systems, debugging my uneven-closing garage door. After discussing the age of my garage door opener, I asked Tom for information on the openers that Precision could install. The price for the LiftMaster opener, which included labor and other materials was fair and reasonable. Tom had a meticulous attention to detail and performed many tests of the equipment and the door before certifying the replacement was complete. He also programmed the outside keypad and my car to communicate to the opener. Tom did top-notch work and was very friendly and personable. His competency, product knowledge and customer orientation should be recognized and rewarded by Precision.

They came out at 10:00 pm and did a temporary reoair until a new garage door can be installed. Old door was insatlled in the 70's. The gentalmen who provided the survice was very helpful and answered all our questions. I would tell others about their great service
