We have used Precision several times to service our garage door or replace the lift motor / remotes; overall our experiences have been very good which is why we contact them first when facing an issue / problem. This time, our tech, Cody, did a great job; he diagnosed the situation quickly and completed the repair in short order. He also researched if some of the parts were still under warranty (which they apparently were) which was a pleasant surprise and is in line with Precision's customer service approach. Since my wife is thinking a new door may be needed soon; we'll contact Precision first based on our past experiences.

My selection of Precision was based on checking with other companies. Even though Precision was less expensive than the other companies I checked with, I believe the charge was somewhat excessive for the service I received and the time the technician was at my home. Apparently I had accidentally unlocked the garage door so all he had to do was pull the arm back to the locked position. He did replace the indoor opener with a used one he had in the truck but did not charge me, thankfully. I don't know what a new one would have cost which would have increased the total bill even more. The technician was very professional and courteous.

The technician came much earlier than the original appointment. Mr. Higgins is a real professional. He changed the broken cable and installed a sensor to solve the long time problem of the door. Now I can use my remotes to control the door easily. Greatly satisfied!
