The installer was great!! I was also pleased with customer service upon scheduling. I am not pleased with the $25.00 disposal fee as I could have disposed what was needed myself and that is a fee which should be optional therefore I feel it should be reimbursed. Thank you. Joyce

The technician called to let me know he was about 15 minutes out, he was very nice, respectful and knowledgeable. He quickly analyzed the situation, formulated a plan, perfected the repair and now my door goes up and down without issue. I highly recommend this company. I am selling my home and buying a new one. It needs two (2) new garage doors installed and I'm going to have this company install the new doors without shopping any other company.
