Business is Local to where I live, technician was knowledgeable, courteous, neat and performed the work quickly, my only complaint would be that the price seemed to be very high, the labor took about an hour and he replaced springs , pulleys ,tension cables and rollers and $985 seemed very high. 5 star rating was based on technicians performance

The young technician Mike, who fixed my garage door was very courteous and patient in explaining all the questions I had about my garage door. He also help me changed the light bulb in my garage. Thank you. Your company trained your employees well besides hiring very good hard working professionals. Job well done.Actually I got a schedule from a different company who gave me 8 days before bec. they can not do a next day job and when I called a day before to confirm I was told I was not in their work schedule. That company called Overhead Garage door Co, are incompetent and have a very poor customer service.When I called PRECISION GARAGE DOOR they have a same day service and I was so happy for their excellent customer service. PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE have great service and work ethics. Goodluck and again job well done.

If you want it done right, Precision is the one to call. The service is outstanding. i have used them for years and they are consistently good everytime. Last call i couldnt follow Cody's recommendation to replace all the springs. I could only afford 2 at the time. Well, it snapped as predicted. They came out and replaced them today. Thanks Brian.
