Our service man, Cody was fantastic. He immediately assessed the problem with our 2 garage doors and gave us options that were available. He completed the task of replacing the old hardware, coils and springs within an hour and a half and explained how the panels worked. I saw the add on Facebook and Precision was local. I called on a Sunday and got an appointment for Tuesday morning. They called ahead, Jim explained all the options and I agreed to the work. It was completed and Jim explained how everything works. Will Definitely recommend them to others.

Steve was wonderful. Very professional, informative and worked quickly. He explained everything to us. We wound up getting new springs, rollers, pulleys, cables, safety cables not only for the door that was broken but for both doors. We have been here for 20 years and never replaced hardware. Doors are extremely quiet now. I was a bit taken aback at how much the cost was, but in this day and age the cost of everything has gone up. But it’s done, and it gives us peace of mind for safety reasons.
