This is the second time Precision has repaired my door. Completely different repairs, this one was my fault. I initially contacted them due to their TV commercials and availability. On both occasions they responded quickly with knowledgeable and experienced technicians who performed quality repairs. I will say they lean on selling new parts that may not be necessary.

I called Precision because in the past I needed my garage repaired and Precision was the only company that could come on the same day I called. Recently a spring broke on my garage door, so I called Precision first. I called first in the morning, the lady taking the call assured me that they could take care of this the same day. She gave me a window of 10:00 am - 2:00 pm for a technician to be at my house. She actually called me prior to 10:00 am to let me know a technician is available earlier. Shortly after she called the technician, Matt, called and gave me an ETA. Matt arrived on time, accessed the issue, and gave me a quotation of what the repair cost would be. I approved this and Matt went to work. Matt completed the work within the time frame he told me it would take. Matt made sure I was pleased with his work and that my garage door was working properly. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is reliable and professional company, I will definitely call them again if I need any garage door repairs. The only minor thing I want to mention is that I paid with a card and Matt said I would receive a detailed receipt via email. I need to give them a call, as I have received this yet.

About one year ago I purchased a new garage door from Precision. I am very happy with the door and so appreciative of their service. I had forgotten where I was supposed to lubricate it and a serviceman was so kind as to come out and show me. Everyone has been kind and helpful and I highly recommend them.

Tim was very professional. We only wanted extra remote door openers, but when we opened the garage door, he realized there was a problem. He explained the issues with the door and what needed to be done. So, we now have a garage door that doesn't clank and bang when it opens, and we didn't need extra remotes, either as we found an old one that worked. Thanks Tim!
