My garage door stopped working suddenly one night and my car was trapped inside. I was able to click the door back into place by switching to manuel operations but I called Precision the next day. Isaac was dispatched out to my home and was extremely well spoken and friendly and explained everything to me. I was given a very nice discount even! Phenomenal service! Our springs failed and I knew my door also needed new rollers and a threshold seal. I called on a Sunday and our service call was set for 10:00 a.m., Monday. Christian showed up early and completed the repair within 45 minutes. The job site was clean and, most importantly, our door was repaired. The new rollers made our door so quiet. Couldn’t be any happier with the service Christian provided and with Precision Garage Door.

Two years ago we hired a contractor to do several jobs, including installing our garage door opener. We thought everything was fine till the garage door opener came loose from the ceiling, dropping bits of plaster all over the car windshield and roof. Fortunately, it didn’t fall onto the roof of the car. We found Precision Garage Door Service and we were very happy with their 81,175 reviews with 95.3% five-star ratings, and same day service. Garrett arrived as promised, and was able to explain to my husband and me exactly what had caused the problem and how to fix it. He also found that the door opener had been installed slightly at an angle, and he corrected that, too. The garage door opener itself is still in good shape, but the installation of it had not been done correctly; good enough that it worked for almost two years, but who would expect it to come loose from the ceiling! We’re extremely pleased with Garrett’s professionalism and service, and we now have a door that works much more smoothly and with less noise. We love it!

It all started with a Boom, yep, the garage door would not open, my wife came and got me. I checked and at first figured I could re-attach the door opener arm to the door as it pulled off. Then I looked up and saw 2 broken springs. I knew the door was beyond what I could fix myself. So I called Precision based on the sticker to the door and that they serviced it in the way past. The phone connected and within a few seconds I had a person on the line helping me setup my service call. The technician was to come out that afternoon. The tech came in the time window and called me when he was on his way. Noah the service tech explained the issues, more than I expected, but better to fix it right. He did give me choices which is nice, but I choose to get it done right. Also was given the choice of 1 year or 7 year warrantee springs, so I choose the more expensive option. The cost overall was more than I expected, but then I was not expecting to have to spend anything on repairing the garage door. Overtime, I will forget the upfront cost, but the service was great, it was repaired same day, and I have 7 years of warrantee parts and labor on all replaced items. Garage door working great now and service was outstanding. Noah explained everything in detail as much as I wanted. Thanks!

Melanie (sales) was prompt, knowledgeable and gave me a very reasonable quote for a new garage door & opener. She offered a number of options and helped me select the right ones based on my needs. I was very happy with my selection. On installation day, Rob showed up on time, explained exactly what he would be doing, completed the install quickly, cleaned up after and showed me how to work my new door & opener. A+ on the entire experience.
