We called Precision Door Services for our garage door repair. The spring broke and the door would not function. Nick, from Precision Door, came the next day. He was very professional and thoroughly inspected our garage doors. He explained the problem and identified other wear and tear. He further showed us the problems as he explained our garage door issues. Nick provide us with 3 options for repairing and proactively maintaining our garage door. We contacted your company to have our garage door weatherproof. However, once the tech arrived we realized that additional work was required. After we got over the sticker shock realizing that everything is more expensive we decided to get the job done now. Our tech, Tito was very patient with us in explaining what needed to be done and extremely diligent in completing the task. We were very satisfied with his work and the end result. I would recommend this company especially if Tito is your tech.

This company was amazing. It was one of the only companies that could come out same day when we experienced an issue with our garage door.
