Bobby Vahdatshoar serviced my garage door 3:15 - 5:45 on Saturday, 2/24/24, providing top-notch service in every respect! His expertise was superb in my judgement, & I spent the whole time with him as he performed his expert assessment of the problems with my garage door system. I always stay with my service people so I can understand & learn as much as possible about a household device. To Bobby's credit, he not only accommodated my interest but explained every detail of what he found, recommended for service, & performed to repair. Acknowledging my thirst for as much information as possible, he explained everything he was doing & the principles behind their operation, as well as how I can provide owner service to extend their life. His demonstration of homeowner maintenance was comprehensive & most helpful. I was so impressed with his service that I told him that I would name-request him if I needed further service from Precision. His capabilities & customer service expertise should be duly recognized by Precision management as the asset they truly are.

Very Expensive- Precision asked me to pay $800, other company did the same job the same day for $300. What a difference. What a diffenrece?

We always take a holistic approach to assessing the items which may fail our 25-point safety inspection. Our goal is to fix a garage door right and leave it in the safest operational condition possible for our customers. We may sometimes find that it isn’t necessarily uncommon for a competitor to come out after us and offer a repair for a lower price. Many times the repair that is offered may not include all of the same parts and services as ours.
