He performed the cleaning and adjustments necessary and got the opener fully functional in a short time. He's a very courteous young man; a pleasure to do business with. Dakota was the tech that came to my home and he was great. Very professional and courteous. Explained to me was was going on and what was needed to fix it in terms I could understand. He even took the time to explain what he was doing and why, giving some tips and safety advice along the way. I will not hesitate to call Precision Garage door again when needed.
