I called Precision and the lady who answered the phone was friendly and efficient. I was shocked to find out they offered same day service. They gave me a 4 hour window and upon my request I asked the technician to text me when he was on my way. My Technician was Michael Collet. He was professional and friendly. He was on time and had the parts on the truck that were needed to make the repair. Michael made the repair along with testing the garage door several times. He made some adjustments at no extra charge and the garage door is more quite and working great. I highly recommend Precision.
