Great service! Easy to schedule, and the technician, Tito, was perhaps the best serviceman I have had the pleasure to do business with in a long time. I had a broken spring and cables. Tito gave me several pricing options to choose from, aside from the necessary repairs to the broken equipment. The work was done quickly and he walked me through everything he had done, pointing out every detail. I was very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Precision Door services to anyone.

Was able to secure an appointment the very next day to have door evaluated after it gave up the ghost. Tyler was an excellent service rep! He was courteous, professional, and patient … taking the time to answer all my questions. He gave me 3 different variations of service to address the problem. Super quick service and the garage door is now robust and reliable! He had all parts necessary to complete the job in his work van, so we had the job done within 2 hours. Highly recommend!

I have used Precision Garage Door in the past and been pleased, so I wasn't surprised to be happy with my experience, but this time they out did themselves. I called on the Sunday morning before Memorial Day and they showed up within an hour from my call. The technician explained everything, gave me options based on how much I wanted to spend, and had the door fixed in no time. Another great experience. I will never use anybody else.

Dakota did a great job replacing my torsion spring, cables and bearings. I think that he should get a spot award (if your company does that type of thing) or at least give him a raise. He was very informative and professional.

My wife and I recently bought a home in Carroll County and moved from Montgomery County. The home we bought was at the end of the service life for all the appliances and garage doors. The opener for one set of doors began to fail soon after we moved in. Sometimes it took as many as 9 times to get the door to go up. Going down was easier but still problematic. We decided to have a complete replacement of both doors operating system. We looked at reviews for various garage door companies and decided on Precision Garage Doors. We were not disappointed in the least. Their technician, Dakota, was knowledgeable, professional and very personable. Both systems are working flawlessly. I would not hesitate to call upon them should we have future issues. Thanks Precision for a job very well done.

I called for a repair at 3:00 on the Friday before Memorial Day and Keith arrived within an hour. Although I had originally planned to just have my door repaired, I decided to go ahead and replace the opener since mine was the original that had been installed 20+ yrs ago. Despite it being 4:00 on the Friday before a 3-day weekend, Keith was totally cool with performing the work, even though it would keep him here past 5:00 and he still had a long drive home. He explained everything in detail, performed the work expeditiously and thoroughly cleaned the worksite before he left. We were very satisfied. Thanks!

I decided not to use the services of your company. After a few calls to other installers I was able to get the same garage door opener (8550-W) purchased and installed for half the price of your quote. Your quote $980, my price paid $470. Your markup on products and installation is quite ridiculous.
