Keith, the technician who repaired our garage door opener, called us to inform us he was on his way, arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly, took care of it, and was courteous and informative throughout. I would use Precision Doors again and would ask for Keith.

Had a torsion spring give out and door came crashing down. Gave them a call at 7:30 am and Rick came out by 9:00 am and was finished the repair in 30 minutes. He was very informative and even gave me some things to watch out for on my second door. Made the effort to spray lubricant on both doors just so they would operate a little smoother and quieter! A little pricey $327 for the spring repair but considering the response time and quality, worth it.

Very fast service, Rick was on site 10 minutes installing a new keypad for me. Would definitely use this company again. Dealing with the company via online was simple and they followed up immediately with an email to confirm everything. Highly rcommended.

Barry called when on his way, and arrived as promised. Very professional and very thorough. He carefully explained everything that needed to be done and why, and made sure everything was working correctly, and his nephew helping him cleaned up. Barry pointed out various issues with the wiring on the opener (leftovers from the previous door company who did a pretty sloppy job) and he fixed those as well. Both Barry and his nephew were very polite, and it was great customer service and experience. And they came out on a Saturday, 4th of July weekend. We will definitely call Precision again in the future.

Our technician, Barry, was amazing today. He quickly diagnosed the issue and made solid safety recommendations that demonstrated a sincere concern for my family without blowing the budget. I would recommend Barry to family he was a consummate professional. I can't say enough of how great Barry was. We have had a lot of work done on our house and he is hands down the best.
