After ascertaining the problem, he clearly explained the options and then performed the agreed upon work in an expedient manner. Making the appointment was very easy and they were very flexible with the schedule. I like the appointment email showing pictures of the technician. The service was prompt and Barry was personable and very professional. He explained everything and was very patient even when he had to do it again a few times to make sure I understand the programming of the two garage doors. I will definitely use them again. The only issue was the tablet used for receipt and payment. It wouldn't work so it took a while longer. It was annoying that I had to wait and couldn't sign for the work but I was able to pay over the phone and get receipt by email. Because the appointment and service were 5 star, I didn't want to drop the rating because of the receipt and payment technology choice.
