I had an emergency garage door situation and your company was great! I called on the morning of a federal holiday no less and they were able to get a repair team to my house the same day. The team actually arrived early, were courteous, friendly, very professional and a pleasure to work with. I've been using Precision Garage Doors for repairs for the last 20 years and highly recommend them to all my friends. In fact, my next door neighbor came by while your team was working on my doors and asked them to swing by and take a look at his garage doors. Thanks for the geat work.

Fantastic customer service means everything to me and that’s exactly what I got. Same day service is a must when you’re having a garage door issue and they were here in a matter of hours. I was impressed when I first called and they understood my issue. When Austin arrived he diagnosed the problem, offered me several options and I chose the one I felt best suited my needs and budget. I thought the price was quite reasonable considering the job. Austin was an absolute pleasure to have in our home and had us up and running again in no time. And he took the time to program all the remotes and our vehicles. As I said, customer service is the key and they have it down to a science. Much appreciated and will recommend to everyone I know. Preston called when he was scheduled to call, showed when he was expected to show, and was very pleasant. He was professional and competent. Just replaced overhead spring and one latch. He completed the work completely and in a timely manner. Stayed on until we were certain all was OK. I think the price was very fair also. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Keith came out to service my Genie door opener again. The unit was reprogramed in December as the hands-free link inside my car would not close or open the door regularly when either inside or outside the garage. The new unit had been installed Nov 2018. The same issues started again and Keith replaced the motor. Keith called me on his way to the appointment. Keith is courteous and polite and explained to me what he was doing. I had requested that Keith come out to conduct the service.

This is my second experience with Precision and both times the technicians were very professional. Sherman was today’s technician. He arrived on time and called me to let me know his arrival time. We discussed the problems with my garage door system. Sherman was very knowledgeable and listened to my thoughts. He installed a new system for me and paired my car’s garage door opener to the system. I am very satisfied with the service I received.
