Our garage door window came apart. After calling multiple vendors including the company who made the door, I was having trouble finding somebody who could repair it. Keith from Precision came out and was determined to fix it. Others may have throw their hands up in the air and said that it was not possible, but not Keith! He was knowledgeable, professional, and persistent! In addition, Precision scheduled the appointment quickly, called when they were on their way, and showed up when they said they would. I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them highly!
