Barry and Sean assessed the issues, gave me two reasonable estimates for repair, and completed the repair I chose all in about an hour. This is the 4th visit I've had in 19 years of daily garage door use, and I will definitely call Precision the next time and will highly recommend Precision to friends and neighbors needing garage/rolling door service.

Was able to "Squeeze" me in for a 30 minute service call that cost $300 + $65 just because I showed up to tell you what was wrong. Service guy was good and fast. No Warranty, and I consider the cost high to replace 2 cables. $450 total. Service guy was there 35 minutes 10 creating my bill.
