We were in desperate need of repairs to our garage door as the spring broke on a Saturday morning with both cars in the garage. Precision sent out a repair person later that day. He, Bobby, was wonderful and rescued us. Bobby was very professional and knew exactly what to do. He took the time to inform us and to show us the parts we needed. Highly recommend him. John

Jay provided excellent service! A garage door spring had broken and my car was inside the garage. Precision Door was able to send someone on a Sunday to repair the garage door so I am no longer stranded without a car. Jay explained everything to me, gave me options, and repaired the door.

Responsiveness and service were both excellent. People on the phone were friendly and efficient. They were able to send someone out the next day when we didn’t even call them until 5pm. Craig did our service. He was friendly and professional. He explained the problem and all steps necessary to repair the problem. Excellent service. We highly recommend this company!!

I had the pleasure of having my garage door fixed and serviced by Jay and Elijah of Precision Garage Door. Couldn't believe the service. It's rare that we see this kind of service anymore today. they arrived on time, did not try to charge me for something I did not need, fixed the problem quickly and were very polite, nice, warm, and friendly. They advised me on what to do when my garage door won't come down again in the future. They were very honest and such a joy. Nick was amazing. He identified additional issues immediately upon arrival. He probably did not charge me for some of them. He stayed to make sure that the clickers were working with my garage door. He explained a weird issue I was having with my door. I never knew the reason and it was super helpful to know why the door was acting that way. Thank you Nick! I have been coming back to Precision for a couple of years because every technician is awesome.

Very impressed!! I called the company that installed the garage doors and it was going to be 3 days before they could respond. I looked on-line for a same day service and came across Precision Garage Door. They were able to send someone over that day. Jay was the technician, he was very knowledgeable and politely answered all my questions. If I ever have any issues in the future I would not hesitate to reach out to this company again.

My door had ripped away from an anchor point on the wall and I thought it would take days to repair. He knocked it out in a matter of hours! Best value service! I have been a Precision Door customer for a number of years. They provide great professional service and schedule you on the same day you call. The technician that preformed the service today was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. Although the opener I wanted was not on the truck he went to the office and picked one up in no time at all. He also synced up all the devices I currently have so I didn’t loose any functionality I currently have. Extremely great service and timely. Can’t be beat. I strongly recommend them if you need garage door service.

Good job! I was impressed with the strong communication before the work. I received same day service...that was great. He arrived when he said he would. Taylor did excellent work. My system was over 20 years old. He answered all my questions...even the ones while he was working on the installation nf the new garage opener, springs and hardware. I noticed the other day that my garage door spring was broken. I immediately called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to have this repaired. I had the garage door replaced by your company 8 years ago and they came out quickly. This time, it wasn't an emergency. I called and I was happy to get service the very next day. I needed done as soon. as possible. I had the 8 am - 1 pm time frame. I got a call from the technician after 10 am and he was going to be here within the hour. Eric Bartow was the technician. He arrived around 11. He was pleasant and professional. He looked at my garage door and advised me what was recommended. He gave me 2 options and I chose the better option. Eric answered all of my questions in a timely manner. He said it will be done in an hour and it took less time. Eric was thorough in his work. He explained to me what was needed to maintain my garage door. GREAT JOB ERIC !!!! YOU MADE MY DAY !!!!

Precision helped bring me into the 21st century from 1994. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly, and the techs were right on time. They replaced my old, rickety chain system with a new, hi-tech and MUCH quieter Liftmaster belt system. The price seemed a bit high, but it's a relief to have everything working again.
