Fantastic customer service means everything to me and that’s exactly what I got. Same day service is a must when you’re having a garage door issue and they were here in a matter of hours. I was impressed when I first called and they understood my issue. When Austin arrived he diagnosed the problem, offered me several options and I chose the one I felt best suited my needs and budget. I thought the price was quite reasonable considering the job. Austin was an absolute pleasure to have in our home and had us up and running again in no time. And he took the time to program all the remotes and our vehicles. As I said, customer service is the key and they have it down to a science. Much appreciated and will recommend to everyone I know. It's rare that we see this kind of service anymore today. they arrived on time, did not try to charge me for something I did not need, fixed the problem quickly and were very polite, nice, warm, and friendly. Great company! And very accommodating. I called them on a Thursday and got an appointment that Saturday. They had availability that Friday but that didn't work for me. On Saturday, Nick my service technician, was waiting for me. He was very polite and patient. He explained everything in detail. He told me what was wrong and what repairs needed to be done. At no point did I feel pressured into purchasing a specific repair plan. Nick did an excellent job in educating me about garage door maintenance. I used another garage door service and they were underwhelming. I would definitely recommend Precision for garage door services!

Nick was amazing. He identified additional issues immediately upon arrival. He probably did not charge me for some of them. He stayed to make sure that the clickers were working with my garage door. He explained a weird issue I was having with my door. I never knew the reason and it was super helpful to know why the door was acting that way. Thank you Nick! Our guy was quick, knowledgable and capable. I love it when they know exactly what's wrong and how to fix it. They always have some helpful information on how to maintain the doors, both mechanical and electronic. Their response has always been within a day. It's kind of an emergency when your door won't open and you can't get the car out, and they respond accordingly.
