Keith was on time , polite and very professional. He clearly knows a lot about garage doors and went over all of the details to keeping the door safe and in good operating condition. They install a special cord to keep the spring from being a danger if it breaks, which ours did not have when it broke. I will call them back if the other door has issues.

Two men showed up in the morning as scheduled. They worked all day and installed the doors until they were 100% complete and then went over everything with me including setting up codes and testing both doors with the keypads outside of the garage and the buttons inside the garage. The system we selected is so quiet and we are 100% satisfied Precision's service and our new garage doors

We had a new garage door installed by Precision a few years ago. One of the springs broke the other day. I called them in the morning and they offered to come out that afternoon to repair it. The tech was here in the time window communicated, called 20 minutes before arriving, and had the door fixed in under an hour. The repair was 100% covered under warranty and the tech had the warranty information prior to arriving at the house so there were no awkward moments of him expecting payment and us expecting a repair under warranty. Great job all around!
