Review:

Person to do the work arrived late. Was not the same person that your email stated it would be in email. Evaluated my situation for under 5 minutes and insisted that we needed new equipment without a sufficient explanation of what was wrong. Did not bring any materials with him with which to discuss prices and options. Charged us money for basically nothing done, explained, assisted, and then left. Will never recommend.

Thanks for taking the time to review our recent inspection at your home. We regret that you were not there to experience the entirety of our service. The technician that was scheduled to come was ill that morning so we sent another gentlemen and yes hes was late due to the schedule shuffling. He called your wife to apologize and to notify her in case she needed to reschedule. After inspecting your opener, he determined that due to the age and wear, that a new opener was the best option. Your wife mentioned that our price was out or her budget so we also offered to install an opener that you purchased from Lowes. She also didn't like that we would have to charge for the 2 hours that it would talk. At that point she asked us if she could pay us for our diagnosis. We'd still be glad to assist you if needed.
