After calling 4 times over 10 days attempting to schedule the work I was quoted for I simply gave up. No one returned calls, I was told twice that “an urgent message was sent to the team to call you”…nothing. I called the guy who came out and gave me the quote twice, left a voicemail, nothing. Don’t waste you time with this company.

We busted our garage door, and we wanted service ASAP. We based our selection of Precision for our repair based on the numerous positive reviews on Google. The positive ratings were well-deserved. Cameron made setting up an appointment exceedingly easy. Our assigned technician was a gentleman named Nick. He was highly professional and efficient. We’re thankful for the great service and successful repair.

Dakota was great! Our garage door was misbehaving and would go down and then pop back up and stop at about 3 or 4 inches short of the ground. He figured out the problem immediately and fixed it in only minutes. Very friendly and was a pleasure to deal with.

This experience was the best. I called at 9:00am and a Technician was at my home a few minutes before 10:00am. The tech was very Professional explained what the problem was. I inquired about a new system and the tech gave me all the details. I ended up purchasing a brand new unit. I love it. The system works with Wifi and the app on my phone. I am a happy person. The tech was wonderful.

The techs were very professional and informed me of all the issues with my springs and they found other issues with the main pole and bearings. I didn't expect such a large bill to fix a broken spring. At first I thought the door was a little quieter, but now realize it has more noise than before and my dog does not want to go through the garage due to the noise from the door. Before the repairs she didn't have a problem going out through the garage. The techs did the job very quickly and gave me some pointers on caring for the springs and rollers. Precision door service was very good, but they are very expensive.

We chose Precision because of the good ratings. We're particularly impressed that the servicemen were on site in less than a day after the appointment was made. The technician Barry appeared to be knowledgeable and offered good advice on getting the garage door fixed in less than 1.5 hours. Overall, the service was expeditious and very professionally handled.

Barry did an excellent job at troubleshooting my needs. He explained what the problem was and explained what could be done. He looked at the components of my door and educated me on the life expectancy of my garage door on my 20 year old home. He provided me with options and pricing. He did a fantastic job. I am now able to park in my garage again! I would recommend Precision highly!
