We had problems with our garage doors and we are not very techs people. Mr. Bobby came and changed the motor and few other things and worked very efficiently and taught us as to how everything works patiently in a detailed manner and put us to ease working through all the buttons etc. He is very sincere, polite, affable, knowledgeable and courteous gentleman. We thank your company for having such a great employee like Mr. Bobby. He is an asset to your company and clients like us.

Thanks very much for the so prompt appt. Cars were trapped in garage and within 2 hours Brandon arrived. 2 hours later we were all set to go. He explained what was needed clearly, and very pleasently,and the cost. Just an overall great experience in a tight spot for us. Again,thanks for the help.

Our guy was quick, knowledgable and capable. I love it when they know exactly what's wrong and how to fix it. They always have some helpful information on how to maintain the doors, both mechanical and electronic. Their response has always been within a day. It's kind of an emergency when your door won't open and you can't get the car out, and they respond accordingly.

Good job by Rick. One small job still to do is to put plastic inserts in the drywall for the mounting screws for the opener control pad. (The holes are stripped.). I can take care of that.

I thought it was good that they advertised that they could do ALL repairs and they were 24/7. Upon arrival to repair my overhead garage door, he looked at it for 3 minutes and said "We can't do that". I don't know what was so complicated about it, but I would not be calling Precision again for any of my garage door repairs. A huge waste of my time!!!
