We picked Precision because of TV commericals. The tech called and arrived promptly. After he was told the problem and our opener was really old he gave a I think a reasonable price for a new one. He installed the new opener explained everything very well to my husband. We are happy with how things turned out.

I love that you send photos of the technicians beforehand so we know who to look for. Rick called ahead to get a description from my husband of just what the problem was so that he would be prepared to fix it when he got here. He set right to work. The problem was solved in short order. Very happy with the work done, the technician, and the cost for the service. Appointment was set for the morning after I called. The phone intake person was courteous and careful to get the correct information.
