New Garage Door Service Call Your service tech came out to look at a series of issues with my recently installed garage door. It made terrible loud noises and got worse as days went by. According to service tech (he corrected the issues at hand and was very professional) and were noted on his invoice, are a few of the major items needed corrected "HAD TO TAKE TRACKS OFF THE WALL AND PUT THEM IN THE PROPER POSITIONS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE DOOR HAD TO CHANGE OUT IN BEARING PLATES ON BOTH SIDES OF THE DOOR HAD TO UNWIND AND REWIND AND RESET TORSION DRUMS AND TORSION SPRING SYSTEM" Fortunately it was correct in time and did not result in damage or series injury. You need to train your installation team better and while still learning have a follow up visit by a qualified senior tech to approve the work done. I had previously referred Precision to my neighbor who recently had a door installed. Hopefully they will not have the same issues as I did.

Francis came out and fixed our broken springs, safety cable, and pulleys. The appointment process was easy. The free estimate before work was helpful and Francis had good communication and was prompt in arriving. He explained in detail the work that needed to be done, and did it effectively. Our garage door is operating better than it has ever operated before.

Wow! So pleased with all aspects of this service. Spring broke last night. I called, spoke to a very nice representative and got an appointment for today. Barry was wonderful. He explained everything he was going to do, and then accomplished the work very quickly. Then he explained how to keep the bearings in good working order. Excellent service!

New Garage Doors are better compared to the original ones which were not insulated. A must do for homeowners with any bedroom over the garage! Added insulation, quieter with new door openers and improved aesthetics!
