The technician arrived on time. I have a shed with a roll up door and it was stuck closed. This was a challenge because there was no other way to enter the shed. He was able to get it open. I ordered a new door the one I have was falling apart. The technician was polite and explained all my options.

I decided to have your company come out and help me with my garage doors after reading your reviews and your commitment to excellence. In particular i saw the rave reviews given to Keith. I asked for him--and was NOT disappointed! He is awesome! He was polite, VERY knowledgeable and detailed. He went above and beyond. He fixed BOTH of my doors--the motors (wires), doors, lubed up everything (and showed me the right stuff to use). I couldn't be happier! This is the only Door repair company you need to call, period.

The service was good and quick but I could smell liquor on the service man . That did not leave a good feeling on me - other than that he was fast and the job was done quickly .

Overcharged for simple repair work, was given an estimate of a 8355 replacement for $725. Showed multiple other vendors the quote and they laughed. They offered to do the full replacement with the same model for less than half! Avoid at all costs!
