Derick and Precision doors gets 5 stars! When I phoned to make the appointment the customer service rep was well informed, and set up my appointment on the very next Saturday! Derick ( service tech) was on time, polite, well informed and very good at fixing exactly what needed to be fixed. He reviewed his "safety inspection" with us, point by point -- and fixed what needed to be fixed- competently and quickly!
