Abe arrived within 2 hrs of my initial request for service. He was professional and courteous. As it was, I only needed to replace the battery in my touch pad. (I assumed it was hard wired) I had a battery, I replaced the old for the new battery and WaLa! It worked. Abe offered to lubricate all the moving parts in my 3 garage doors. I thought that was a good idea as the doors were installed 8 years ago, with no maintenance since.

The initial salesman was polite and informative, and made sure I understood the process. The installer was courteous and competent. I am overall pleased with the work and the product. 4.5 stars I chose Precision based on reviews in Angie's List. They had a prompt response to set up the day of service; Barry called 30 min ahead of his arrival. Barry explained the service required and associated costs, and answered any questions. Door opener installed was one I had previously purchased; Barry checked out the other door and made adjustments. After the work was completed, Barry went over everything so I knew what the problems were and what he did to solve them. I'd definitely use Precision again.
