Keith did a great job of explaining the areas that should be addressed and the possible results if issues were not resolved. He was professional and patient as he walked through each step of his inspection. He efficiently replaced all of the old rollers. Even though his schedule was booked, he never seemed rushed when answering my questions. Very much appreciated the service he provided. The scheduling could have been better though, and this is no fault of Keith's. Due to the number of other calls he had earlier that day, the service did not take place until slightly after my scheduled service window.

A friend of mine recommended Precision. Keith (my technician) called me shortly before he arrived. He quickly accessed the problems. It only took about 20 minutes for him to fix everything.
