The person that came to my house (Chris) called me at 10:30 to tell me that he would be there in about an hour. He didn't show up until about 12:40. (He did not call me to tell me that he was running behind). When he got here, he told me that Precision doesn't service Genie garage door openers (the call center did not tell me this when I set up the appointment). He was helpful on giving me tips on what to do with the door to help the garage door opener, which was good.
