Very impressed with the technician (Craig). He was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and even programmed my new car's remote for me too. My new garage opener and remote key pad were installed in about an hour. Highly recommend Precision!

The technician who performed the repair was professional and was able to diagnose and repair the issue quickly and professionally. However, $300 for a one hour service visit, seems a bit over the top.

Tyler did a great job. He called to ask if it was ok to arrive earlier than the appointment since his previous appointment had completed. He was super courteous. He evaluated the situation, explained what he could see the issues were, showed me a detailed quote, and got right to work fixing the issues. The whole process didn't take very long. Precision installed our new garage door in 2018 and we had a good experience. That's why we called them now when our spring broke.

Nick was an extraordinary tech! He was very professional, friendly, a great scope of knowledge, very polite and on time. I called for an appointment, and a day or two later they were here. I was given options of what could be done to solve the problem, which was nice, and I am getting it completed at two different times, which was most helpful to me. I called Precision after I had an issue with another company who had come out to repair my wooden garage door. My tech Jay was not only extremely professional but super informative on what the issue was and how he would fix it. We also discussed future maintenance on the door due to it being a customized wood door. He was very friendly and helpful, all around a completely opposite experience to what I had from the prior company I used. I would not only use them again in a heartbeat, I plan to recommend and refer my neighbors and friends should they ever need garage repairs. 5 + stars!

Wow. From a Google search to a complete job this was an amazingly pleasant experience. Eric did a great job, was friendly and polite and most importantly punctual! I cannot day enough good things. Sherman was our technician and he was prompt and pleasant. In addition, he knows his products exceptionally well, and was receptive to answering all my questions and my husband's questions prior to beginning all our work. I appreciated Sherman wearing his mask during these Covid times. Also, I appreciated that he called before arrival and also when he arrived so there was no reason to enter our home to do any of this process today. I found the entire experience beautifully easy. I called for an appointment yesterday afternoon, and today we have new, working garage doors! It was the perfect way to end the week. Thank you for making this experience so easy. I would highly recommend Precision AND SHERMAN if anyone needs help with their garage equipment.

FIVE STARS ?? without a doubt. Excellent service. We were able to schedule a repair and have the repair completed within 24 hours. Incredible! Wow! Barry was exceptional - so professional, knowledgeable, courteous and all business. He gave us three well detailed estimates and thoroughly explained what each entailed. After we selected a service he was able to complete the repair on the spot. No having to reschedule the actual repair. He did a super duper repair and most efficiently. He tidied up. He pointed out all that he replaced, repaired and improved. He educated me on how to care and preserve the life of your garage doors. Barry did this patiently and clearly.
