Chris C came out and repaired a connection that was poorly done in the first place when the door was first installed. Chris did a safety inspection and made a couple of recommendations, without any high-pressure selling. We'll be back for the additional work soon and would recommend Precision to anyone. Great service. Came when expected and worked thoroughly to figure out the best approach for fixing our garage door. We thought we would need to replace a panel, but our service person, Brandon, found a better solution and was able to fix our problem without replacing the door. Very friendly and professional. Will definitely use in the future.

Absolutely amazing experience. I had not driven my car far enough in the garage and the door opener gear mechanism was damaged. Within 12 hours it was diagnosed and repaired for a very reasonable cost. 5 star experience. Highly recommend.

Keith has the highest professional demeanor, cares about the quality of the job and customer satisfaction. We have a very old, very heavy door. Multiple garage door technicians from other companies have not been able to service it to run smoothly. Most are just anxious to try to sell another door. This one matches the house and we had no interest in doing that. Keith never even implied that was the best option. He replaced an incorrectly sized spring, replaced old bolts, checked and adjusted everything needed.

I was truly impressed with Barry. He was very professional. I like the fact that he came precisely at 8:01 am sharp. He diagnosed the problem and he made the repairs. He had the equipment on his truck, so I didn't have to make another appointment for the repair. Precision has an awesome employee who represents this company well. I sure hope Precision compensates him well. Excellent service and excellent representative.

Easy to make an appointment. Technician called a half hour before arriving. Arrived in the time frame promised. Quickly and properly diagnosed the problem. Had parts in the truck and executed repair in under an hour. Gave full debrief and service/lubrication demonstration. Quality parts installed and better than what was there. I was pleased to have found them on Angie's list. They messaged me right away and this caught my attention, wow! We had an amazing experience with the technician Keith. He was super respectful,honest and friendly. He kept me informed every step of the way on what he was doing and when he encountered several "surprises" in our garage. We have a 50 yr old home and needed an automatic door asap, and our was tedious! Keith was always positive and encouraging that he "could do the job". Simply put no one wanted to deal with our garage door because required a lot of "extras" and "unknowns". I would recommend this company without hesitation. BTW- buy all the parts from them to get the full warranty.
