Precision has a great reputation. Noah Geer was very efficient in looking into possible problems with both our large car and golf cart garage door and replaced what he thought has needing repairs immediately.. friendly and helpful with advise of our 20 yr old doors.... very quiet and smooth opening now on both doors ...very pleased … would choose Noah again anytime... Highly Recommended

Chris Stephens was very professional and knowledgeable. He tested the garage door many times to check all moving parts and then repaired the door and opener when repair was complete. He was patient as I used all remotes. Inside and out side opener many times. Thank you Chris for a job we done.

This company is great in responding to one's needs. We called in the morning and later that day, we had the repair person at our house. And it was a Friday night. Thanks so much to Kevin who did a great job giving us the options and price so that we could decide which way to go. The motor in our opener stopped working and we knew it was just a matter of time before it was going to go as it was 19 yrs old and used a lot. This new one is so strong and quiet, I have to make sure that it's closing. I'd definitely recommend this company.

Service man Wesley Allen was very nice and professional. He did a good job. However I was very disappointed with how expensive it was to check and replace bad sensors. It all took about half an hour. Two hundred fifty dollars plus tax which ended up costing me $278.20. This is ridiculous. I should have gone to home depot and purchased the sensors myself and installed them as it isn't hard to take the old sensors off and install new ones. I checked the price for sensors on home depot website and they cost $37.97. How much did they mark up the price? Won't be using this company again.

5 Star! Our garage door broke late Thursday afternoon. I found Precision online and was able to talk to a person. They scheduled us for Friday afternoon. John Pappas our service person called before arriving this afternoon and did a wonderful job. John was very professional and nice to work with. Glad to have our garage door working again. I would call this company and refer to friends for their garage needs.
