My experience was seamless throughout the entire process, Paul Broschk came out to provide me with the estimate he was honest, professional, provided all the answers to my questions and made me feel comfortable, understood and explained everything thoroughly. Joe Hursky did the installation and was timely, communicative, explain everything thoroughly, professional and very kind. I couldn't recommend this company or team more to anyone looking to replace their garage door. The only complaint I have is that I had to wait a month from ordering the door until it was installed but it was well worth the wait! 10/10 a very happy customer!

I am more than pleased with the level of service I have received from Precision Door. I was given choices on day, time, and products. And this being my second experience with the company, I asked that Anthony be the technician since he had worked on my door previously. Anthony presented the choices of openers, answered my questions, and allowed me to make my decision. The installation was done in the time he quoted, even with me interrupting him to chat. The whole experience reassured me that calling Precision Door was the right choice.

Paul was my technician and he did a fantastic job. Explained my options and had my door working like new in less than an hour. Completely rebuilt all moving parts, springs, cables, rollers, bearings etc. I had a lifetime warranty from another company that cannot be found any longer. Don't waste your money going with an unknown like I did. Will definitely use Precision again if the need arises.

Anthony from the Garfield office repaired our double door. He looked professional as did his vehicle. He was friendly ,knowledgeable, and competent to do our repair. He came at the appointment time and replaced a broken lift cable and all worn out rollers. He layed out various levels of future repair for me to think about without any sales pressure. Great job.

My garage door opener stop working on Friday evening about 6:30pm. I called Precision at 8 am Saturday morning and by 11:00 am the technician had arrived and replaced my 44 year old opener, now that is what great service is.

The service engineer was great, as I was totally clueless, he took his time to explain the process in which the garage door system operated, and then explained the problem as he pointed to the issues. He was very pleasant and not pushy in trying to make a sale. I was very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend this company.
