A lag screw holding the hangar of rail track was ripped out of the rafter after a ceiling install. Bill quickly fixed the problem, lubed the parts needing it and did everything in 1 hour. Highly recommend.

I'd give 6 stars if I could! Response time was super fast - I called last night and Bill was here first thing this morning. He did an outstanding job fixing our broken spring and cable, and was great about explaining everything he was doing. He went above and beyond and took care of some routine maintenance stuff too, also showed me a few things to watch out for on our aging garage door. Gave me multiple estimates for different options available to me with absolutely no pressure to choose one over the other. Great experience from start to finish! Thank you!
