This is my go to company. We have been using them for the last ten years or more for all our problems and repairs. They aren't pushy technicians.They do only the work that's needed. When there's a need for a repair or new equipment, they are fair and do an excellent job! They are also professional and polite! I will always use precision in the future for all my garage problems!!

Technician John Franks came out to give an estimate on a new garage door and I could not have been happier with the service he provided. This was not a simple take a door out and install a new one, the door need to be raised higher due to the structure of the garage to accommodate a wheelchair ramp. John did not just say it could be done, he made several phone calls and measured different angles to see if this could be done. Spent time to go over styles, colors and windows for a new door, not once making us feel like he was in a hurry. Took as much time as we needed. Door is ordered waiting for delivery. If the installation is as smooth as the estimate visit, Precision is the company to use.

Garage door spring broke on Saturday noon. Cars trapped, family in from out of town. John Giles was on my doorstep at 1:15 or thereabouts, had us back up and running, rebuilt our door in about an hour. Gave me all my options, offered his best advice, prompt and most excellent. 5 stars are not enough to express our gratitude for a weekend emergency door repair.

Precision Garage Door is a great company. From the moment I called in with a service request and Danielle answered the phone immediately and she knew what she was talking about. She scheduled me for the next day. Tony Wise was the Service Rep and he arrived early after calling me to see if it was ok to come early. When he arrived he quickly diagnosed the problems and shared his repair plan and estimated cost to fix it. He not only completed the repair, but he checked out our keypad and re-programmed for us and lubricated our other garage door. I have to tell you, it was a pleasure dealing with this company. Tony was so professional, timely and he even gave me an idea of what we may be facing in the next few years with maintenance and potential replacement. He knows his business and it was very helpful for me that he took the time and explained everything.

We had Precision Garage Door out for service 4 years ago. We were pleased with their service, so when our garage photo eyes got damaged, we called them back for the repair. We got an appointment right away! Zoran was our technician and I was thankful for the call prior that he was on his way. He saw the problem, quoted me the repair cost, said it was a quick fix, and he was done! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable.
