I was very happy with the service and results from Precision Door. The door is working well and very quiet now. We needed to replace the door opener as it proved to be the biggest part of the problem. We also had the door rollers repaired. The Technician Greg was knowlegeable and he showed up on time and completed the job in a very timely manner as promised.

Bill is a very good technician who knows his job. He helped me and unfortunately I have to have a part ordered but he took care of everything. Bill was understanding and well aware of my concern. I could maybe have paid a little less for my new garage door opener, but I couldn't have gotten better value for my money. Bill installed my new opener within 2 hours of his arrival, and on the same day I called for an appointment. He was prompt, professional and courteous; he explained everything he was doing; and he performed a lot of free extras that will extend the life of my door and opener. Worth it. I recommend.

Our service rep was Dave Honkala for a torsion spring replacement. Dave called prior to the appointment to confirm he was on the way and was right on time. He inspected my door and all components and gave me recommendations to update some items which I decided to put off for awhile yet. He is very professional and knowledgeable in his job. He performed the spring replacement quickly and my door was repaired and operational within an hour after his arrival. A job well done by a very nice individual. I would recommend him and Precision in the future.
