Installation was quick and professional. Had to buy 2 springs , even though only one was broken. New springs were incompatible with old ones. This doubled the cost of what I had planned.

Appreciate that a Saturday repair was not problem. Paul arrived on time (actually early!), clean, polite, and very prepared. He quickly evaluated the entire door system and offered several service options in a factual and non-pushy way. Quickly and efficiently completed the desired service - making sure all components were properly lubricated and adjusted. Personable guy - enjoyed the chit-chat while he worked.

I am extremely disappointed in the Liftmaster garage door opener. We had the garage door springs, rollers, bearing plate etc. replaced because one of the springs broke. I asked if the old noisiness could have been also related to the opener. I was told yes and that the Liftmaster product was extremely quiet and better than genie. I had a new genie put in my son's garage after seeing the Liftmaster installed, I can definitely say the genie is so much better. The genie literally can hardly be heard. The Liftmaster whines. The genie openers are smaller and more solid. The Liftmaster ones are large and cheap looking. I really should have just had him fix the door and bought the genie. I found a champion garage door opener online at Costco afterward with all the same bells and whistles as the Liftmaster and it was $390. $699 for this Liftmaster even with installation seems really high. For service performed and product purchased because you can not select multiples.

Hard to describe the exceptional level of service I have received with Precision!! Stop looking this is a no brainier regardless of the problem. Top notch!! My service provider for my Liftmaster Smart garage door opener was unbelievable. Bill set up everything on the spot. True professional. Great product. Great company.
