Excellent service! I called at 2:30 on a Friday afternoon and was told a tech would be here between 4 and 6 pm. The tech arrived early after calling to ask if that was OK. When he arrived it took only about 15 minutes for him to replace the two lift cables and get the door working again. He also reattached the garage door opener that had gotten knocked out of place when the cable broke. The cost was reasonable, especially for such short notice.

We were disapointed that the service fee was not waived when the work was scheduled. The tech was done with the job in 15 min and bill came to 355.00. Also tech could not provide us with 5.00 change since we paid with cash. Would not recommend for these reasons.

you wer not preferred o us we needed a specialist and you are the only company we found that did a 24 hour service emergency on garages. and we are very glad we found you! and are planning to replace our garage after we unpacked our belongings.we had just bought the house but the garage door is in worse shape then we thought. but when your service tech came in a hour after we called and was very nice and polite. he took care of us very professionally. so we decided that we wanted your company to replace our garage door and no body else!! and im sure that it will go as smoothly as the service call was on 08/20/2017. and we will recommend your company to our friends !

I needed my garage door repaired quickly and Precision offered same day service. My technician was Dave, he was friendly, courteous and prompt. He showed me the problem and alerted me to potential future concerns. He worked quickly and I was able to get to work only 2 hours after my start time. Now, my door opens easily.
