The technician showed up on time! that's good in today's less caring environment. He fixed the issue in less that 10 minutes. I had the cars out of the garage and a ladder set in place for him. I was impessed so I asked him he offerd a 'tune up" lube etc. He did, I opted for the $245.00 one with Nylon Rollers.

Initially our garage door spring broke and I needed it repaired. I am a member of Angie's List so I selected Precision from their recommended list. Besides the Springs, they recommended replacing some of the other garage door parts as well, since these were worn out too. These were the original garage door parts from 1962 as far as we knew. They got the job done over a couple of hours and it is working much quieter and better now. The technician explained things to my wife and did a good job. 5 Stars Thanks
