Great job! They came out same day on a weekend, fixed our door (including fixing some issues that were not addressed the last time we had our door fixed by a different, large. garage door company). I hope I don't need them again too soon but would absolutely call them/refer to a friend.

Was pleasantly surprised. Is a well run company that gets things done efficiently. I received an email right after making the appointment which provided the details of my appointment and included a photo of the technician, Anthony, who would be doing the work. I was able to get an appointment within an hour and a half of making my phone call and received a call when Anthony was on his way here. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Anthony was a pleasant person to deal with. The cost was significantly less than an estimate I received from another company. I can’t really complain about anything.

Our call was answered later in the evening by someone that could actually help. We were scheduled for first thing the next morning. Paul arrived early after calling to see if that was OK. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy! Paul went right to work and in short order our door was working better and quieter than it has since we bought the house 15 years ago! Great company! Paul gets a 10/10!

Our technician, Paul, arrived right at the beginning of the appointment window, was friendly, informative, and helped me understand what needed to be fixed. He offered me choices about what to spend and didn’t try to upsell me! That being said, we went with the premium option, which was both modern and exciting, 2 words I never thought I’d use about a garage door. We’ve owned 3 different houses in the area and have always called Precision because they know what they’re doing. Great job!

5 My repair person was earlier than expected and waited patiently for my arrival. We discussed quite a few things. He efficiently fixed the main concern - broken wire on one end of the door- and I chose to replace the door - the current one is over 60 years old and has served three generations in this house. There was no pressure and in the end all will be finished within a few weeks. He was very professional and I appreciated his knowledge.

The technician called within an hour and showed up 1/2 hour later. Repairs were made and everything was covered under the original warranty. My only responsibility was a very reasonable service call fee.

Definitely a 5 star. Our need was simple, an expired battery in our keypad that wasn't working for us. We didn't understand but the tech was so very kind and patient and helpful. He had us straightened around in no time, was pleasant, and reassuring. We depend on the keypad a lot for our family and we were feeling pretty anxious about this problem but grateful to have it solved so efficiently. Thank you.

Bill Adamini arrived, reviewed the situation, gave some options. I elected to convert from side springs to a Torsion spring system. Bill had everything with him, and the job was completed in a few hours. I was VERY impressed with his professionalism and skill. He answered every question, and there were no mistakes in the procedure. The door now operates more smoothly and quietly than at any time in the 44 years we have lived here. I would recommend Precision to anyone, and they will be my call if I need further service.
