My landlord, Mr. Berman, said the door seemed to be making a strange noise as it was coming down the rail and asked that I call for service. Dave, who has been here before, came out and checked it out. He made some adjustments and lubricated it. It now works fine. He said that the hot weather can affect the expanding and contracting of metal, which could have been part of the problem. As always, Dave was very helpful and efficient. He took care of the problem in a timely manner. It is always good to have the same technician come when we call.

Great friendly service. I called in the morning and they came out in the afternoon. They had done nice work repairing my garage spring just over 2 years ago. Since then one of my cables became frayed. They replaced both cables under warranty only charging me for the Service Call Fee.
