As promised, an installer, Anthony Wise called me when he was coming to my house. The company said they would have someone at my house between 8-10am. He arrived promptly at 8:00am. He assessed the door, offered options for repair and began removing the broken spring and rollers. He is experienced and wasted no time and competed the job within an hour. I chose Precision based on customer reviews and the promise of fast and guaranteed service. I will use them again if I encounter any other garage door problems. I give them a 5 star rating.

The technician came out and was very personable and knowledgeable. I asked if he needed any help and he assured me that he was able to do this with no issues. He installed the door and after he was done cleaned everything up. He did a fantastic job and the installation looks great. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone that would like a new garage door or if they need service. I am in the service business and as I mentioned, they are very professional and make sure they take care of the customer. Can't ask for better service.
