John, our technician, did a great job repairing our garage door after it came off the tracks. He was able to save the door when we thought it would have to replaced and do it the same day. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, affordable and efficient garage door help.

The installer Al showed up very polite nice man who knows his stuff. Got to work like gangbusters and was done in no time replacing both springs on my garage door. Price was very reasonable for the work and parts. If I ever need garage door work again you can bet your ass I'll call you again. Thank you!!

Someone answered the phone immediately when I called for non-emergency service on Monday and was able to schedule service for Tuesday morning. A very courteous and professional technician arrived ~20 minutes ahead of schedule, fixed the problem and did an inspection of the entire garage door, offering advice and pricing on future concerns. Total cost was half what I expected. Would definitely recommend Precision based on service, courtesy and cost.

I have used Precision before and once again I was not disappointed with the service I received. My garage door springs broke on Friday afternoon and I was able to secure an appointment for the next day. My technician was wonderful. He was professional and through. John Gilles did an excellent job on my garage door. He explained the issues and we decided my garage door opener needed replaced. I knew it did and have heard the same comment in the past. He explained everything he would do and then walked me through the new garage door opener and remote. I was amazed at how quiet it was going down. My old one was 25 years old. I love the light goes on when I walk in the garage. John was very friendly and professional. I will recommend Precision door to others.

Zoran was extremely friendly and had the work done in less than 30 minutes. He informed us that the previous owner had improperly installed our garage door but that he fixed it so that it was now safe. So glad we called Precision!

Zoran was efficient and very knowledgeable. He took his time in explaining to me the new system as well as lifetime warranty. Before decision was made to replace the old system, he showed what was not working and could not be repaired due to the age. Was very impressed and would recommend to others.
