Tim was very personable and answered all my questions. The rubber lining underneath the door is folded. Tim said it will straighten out in time it was how the rubber was stored. Hopefully when it gets warmer it will straighten out.

Wonderful service :) I called and they actually showed up. I was given a time they would arrive and they did. Purchasing the rollers wasn't the problem but was needed. The garage door just needed an adjustment but I got tired of it sounding like an old rickety roller coaster. They just did an awesome job!!!!
