Absolutely fantastic service! The garage spring broke Friday night and Saturday morning I called Precision Door and they were able to come out in a few hours! Al came out and fixed the broken spring. Thank you Precision Door! Fantastic Service!

I bought a new door opener a month ago. It was never used in the first month due to being out of town. The first day we return to use it, it doesn't work properly. Tech comes out and fixes the problem but charges us for the fix? Why wasn't it installed properly day one? Why should we pay to fix something that wasn't working when they first installed it?

Rich - Thank you for reviewing our service from your mothers garage. We regret that the strut on the bottom of your mothers door was tripping the safety sensors. We rarely see that but occasionally that can happen on some doors. We didn't install the door, and we solved the problem by installing the sensors so the strut will no longer be an issue. Sensors are required to be at specific locations for safety reasons. Although we didn't charge for the additional brackets and labor, and we discounted the service call, we will be returning your service fee. We appreciate your family's business and will look forward to serving you in the future if needed.

Will showed up right on time. Explained all my options. He was very patient with all my questions. He did a great job. It cost a little more than I was expecting, but with the warranty, and the work done, the value is worth it in the end.
