Contacted Precision Door and they sent a technicion out in under 3 hours. Al was very friendly and knowledgeable. He repaired our garage door opener sensors in about 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this company.

Joe did a great job installing our new garage door. It took him 4 hours but he had to take out our really old (like from the 1960s) door and then replace all the tracks and everything! The new door looks great and you can't even hear it when it opens and closes any longer. I've received so many compliments over the last few days on this new garage door! My only complaint, and it is a small one, is that we had to wait 3 months to get the new door due to COVID and manufacturing slowing down. The end product is great! Thanks folks!

Had a garage door problem that was diagnosed and repaired expeditiously by your technician. Zoran was courteous and fully explained the problem including the steps he was taking to fix the door. He worked quickly to complete the repair. This was the second time I requested Zoran and would highly recommend him as he believes in quality work(something that is very rare today).

We have had Precision service our garage door a few times. This time our spring busted on our prior garage door and they installed a new garage door system a few months back. We had the same service man as we had before. He was very efficient, respectful and explained everything to us. Would have them again and the service guy definately knows his stuff:)

Service repair done next day. I called on Sunday however could not get technician until Monday. Tech showed up Monday, earlier than expected which we very much appreciated. Will arrived a few minutes early and quickly diagnosed the problem. He repaired the door, and also noticed that my garage door had been accidentally bumped by my car, putting a dent in it. I requested a new door to be installed, and Will got the wheels turning by ordering a new door. I am deaf and can't use the phone, so please notify me via e-mail when the new door is to be installed. Will came to evaluate & repair my warped & permanently shut, double garage door. I anticipated that a new door might be the only option to get it working again. He was easy to talk to, helpful & knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problems & quoted me for an immediate repair. However, after further discussion (and no pushing the sale) I decided that a new door was the best buy, since the repair cost was almost half the cost of a new door, and the warping & breaks on the original door could cause a future failure even after fixing & getting the door to operate again. A new door was ordered immediately & a date for installation set for 2 business days later. Very pleased with all parts of this service call. Thanks!
