The only item I have an issue with is the door is not flush with the ground and the tech told us we needed to go buy a Thresh hold seal from Home depot and install it. There is a crack between the ground and air is getting in. We paid about $3,200 dollars why would we have to buy this when this was not the problem before. I really do not think this should be on us to complete this process. I would hope your company would resolve this for us

Great folks to deal with. Straight up and don't try to sell you any extras. The technician Bill called ahead and let me know he would be here in 30 minutes. He was right on the money. Very personable and knowledgeable. I told him what I wanted. He gave me a price I said that was good for me. He said lets do this and proceeded to install my new opener. Upon inspecting the door and the broken spring he explained the process and offered repair options. The price quoted was fair and the repair was completed in a reasonable time. AAA+++

John was not only on time but called and asked if he could come earlier and I appreciated the early time. He not only stopped the loud beep but explained the reason. He checked the whole garage door and all the little things that made it run loud. I asked him about a new garage door and was told Precision could help me with that also. Precision is very fortunate to have such an associate. In about 2 weeks I hope he will come back and help me order my new garage door. I needed repair, and my rep Paul is great! Very knowledgeable and able to explain what needed done clearly and concisely. Repairs were done quickly and correctly at a fair price. Just as importantly he was ON TIME!!! Nothing worst than waiting all day and a tech never shows up! I highly recommend this company, and this technician for your garage door issues. If more companies had good people like Paul working for them I'd guarantee they'd be much better off
